minus-squarebrianorcalinkfedilinkEnglish10•4 months agoI remember seeing somebody back in the 90’s, who apparently had extreme visual problems, wearing a contact lens that looked like a tiny telescope sticking out. It looked a lot less comfortable than this image though.
Does anyone know what ever happened to these? This tech is from like 2015.
From what I could find, it was a DARPA project, so we may never know.
So they’ve been using it, it just won’t be available to us poors.
