So it’s against your constitution but also done in many places? That makes no sense at all. It doesn’t appear to be against the constitution at all. Can you point out where it bans school uniforms? Or indeed uniforms in general which are pretty common.

It’s not constitutional for the state, but that doesn’t say anything about what private institutions can do.
