    Yeah but is it still locked to iTunes? Cause fuck that noise if it is.

      It’s a quick Google search for an alternative software that is pretty user-friendly and independent of Apple.

      Also I suggest replacing the Hard drive with a card that lets you put in SD cards.

        I ‘member putting a movie on a tiny little Nano. And Doom. Girls nerds loved it. Simpler times.

        it let’s you use the iPod like a USB drive where you can play anything that you put on there. it can also play ogg vorbis or vorbis or a lot of at her formats.

      I got my 2 Gen Nano in 2008 and ditched iTunes after day one, EphPod worked just fine.

        It’s fully open-source, too, so anyone can contribute to making improvements and a company can never discontinue it.
