Supreme Court won’t expedite ruling on Trump’s immunity claim

Special counsel Jack Smith said expedited review by Supreme Court was needed to keep Donald Trump’s D.C. election-obstruction trial on track for early March.

Which is the correct decision. It needs to go through the lower courts.
