That sounds about right. I like how they’ve defined basic living as living, vs survival on necessities.
And as expected the government doesn’t agree. If you’ve seen their approach to social services, you’ll understand that at least, they’re consistent.
I’ve not seen their approach and i hope i never see that in my lifetime.
It’s basically, help you to not die. Helping you to live? That’s your own thing.
