    This guy sounds clueless.

“The hardest part of that transformation hasn’t been the technology. It’s been getting people to use it.”

If it actually worked well, people would be scrambling to adopt it.

Woah woah woah there, Mr. Luddite! I-hi mean . . Even the printing press was kinda buggy at first, and this hypertranformutational technodigm warpshift is going to break a few eggs! So . . just relax and let the hooks do their work. And don’t be pointing out the unconscionable mismanagement of this holy industry’s elders just because the damn thing isn’t worth a fat cop’s goddamn.

It sounds like a human!! What more do you people need to graft your every extant industry onto it and let the geniuses of the technology feed on each data flow! You’ll miss out!!

Managing people seems to have become some kind of lost arcane art because almost every manager I’ve had has been an ineffective asshole who relies on a select few employees with strong work ethics to pull through for the whole team. But somehow these assholes are the ones making all the money.
