AuDHD is a life of contradiction. Breakfast time is one of my favorite times of the day because it is such a consistent routine. Dinner time is one of my least favorite times of the day because it is too on-the-rails.
Sometimes I fully plan to stay at home doing nothing. And I actually end up going out and cleaning something… So it kinda works out? Rarely though 😅

I prefer never needing to plan anything
same, not that I could plan stuff, when i attempt to it never works
Goddammit, do I need to get another diagnosis and build another support system?
