    It is sad to hear that they voted this misfortune upon themselves. I hope it passes with a small amount of reversible damage. During a global economic crisis and time of change, I don’t think this government can offer something to placate its voters, and they will get disillusioned.

    What is an ultraliberal right? Seems like they are trying to pin a liberal title to an ultra right populist president. “ Milei is a newcomer to politics, just winning a seat in the Congress two years ago with his ultra-conservative libertarian party Freedom Advances. ”. They might be confusing liberal with libertarian.

      Sounds like in Argentina they use “liberal” as we do in France: to mean what US calls “fiscal conservative” (right-wing economics policies). May be socially liberal but more often than not is just a young face on a conservative movement.
