I had a little succulent leaf fall off a plant while it was in the back of my car, by the time I noticed it, it had fully rooted to the carpet. I gently untangled it and planted it in some dirt outside though.
Cars get pretty hot in the summer.

The way military members view their role in war is a constantly evolving story. Often during their military careers, people start to question or doubt the missions they once signed on to carry out. Some feel asked to carry out orders they never imagined. As citizens themselves, some military members want to use their free speech rights to speak out against injustices they see. Some even find themselves in situations where their conscience won’t allow them to carry out orders they believe to be immoral. And in the rigid military discipline system, people are often curious about their rights in these situations and nervous about possible consequences for acting on their inclinations. There is a long, powerful legacy of military personnel taking courageous action to ensure public visibility and/or accountability for unlawful, unethical and unjust situations carried out by the US military.

I couldn’t eat something that had come near cilantro until I was in my 20s. But I was intentional about it. I love Mexican food, but really couldn’t eat it at restaurants because of this so I decided I was going to try an experiment.
I would make a small amount of food at home with a little bit of cilantro and as I cut it up I would inhale deeply and tell myself out loud “this smells delicious. I love this.”
Then I would eat the prepared food and do the same. I did this once a week or so for a few months and eventually the soap taste disappeared. It tastes like delightful fresh herbs now.
Jesus Christ. So Guinea-Bissau is planning to update their policy in 2028 from giving Hep B vaccines at 6 weeks to the WHO recommendation of at-birth. They are delaying because of lack of funding.
So a Danish couple decided to exploit the situation to do some unnecessary tests by giving some babies in Guinea-Bissau the vaccine at birth and comparing the outcomes to the six week vaccine babies.
