    That’s weird. For so much money going into green energy, you’d think you’d be able to at least see the skyline in china. Oh right, by “clean energy manufacturing” they mean electric cars and other e-waste products, not clean energy production.

      They’re actually manufacturing (and installing) huge amounts of wind and solar — It’s just that they haven’t actually done so at a pace sufficient to start displacing coal burning.
