(Not saying it was done on purpose, by the way) In my mind “cretin” is a far too mild adjective to apply to Nazi so “Nazi cretin” just feels wrong in a really unusual, insuficiency-of-insult, way.

In my mind “cretin” is a far too mild adjective to apply to Nazi so “Nazi cretin” just feels wrong in a really unusual, insuficiency-of-insult, way.
