minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•2 months agoNope, no amendment. Just a mafia style deal you can’t refuse. If a state lowers it’s drinking age they lose federal highway funding. Come to think of it, I’m surprised one of these radical republican governors hasn’t done it yet.
