minus-squarepipe01linkfedilinkarrow-up3·1 month agoIf there’s a footprint for a connector but it’s not populated it might be because they use the same board for multiple models with different CPUs, but the CPU you have only supports the one that’s populated
Share a photo. Sometimes its just a missing connector, sometimes the controller or other bits are also removed.
I’ve soldered a sata connector and had it work, but everything else was still in place.
