The president’s push against diversity programs has led many big employers to announce rollbacks, but others are defending the initiatives as good for business.
Delta is passable. They’re overpriced, and you’re trading leg room for a stupid headrest TV with an unnecessarily tiny headphone jack. But other than that, it’s a decent flying experience.
I’d fly Alaska instead. Not sure how they treat employees though.
Alaska and JetBlue are both nice airlines as a passenger, and AFAIK are pretty decent to their employees. Unfortunately neither is very useful unless you’re staying within your particular coast, or flying from a hub to a very specific destination. The lack of network effect and international destinations limits the usefulness of both, sadly.
