America and it’s media have been touting the “land of the free”, “home of democracy” slogans for decades, is there not an identity crisis happening amongst those who believe it? It was literally a rebuke of the Trump administration, over 1,200+ protests across the country, it also sparked protests in France, Germany, and Britain.
