No OP but the pink character is Bean from the artist Ketnipz, who also sells merch. This shirt looks like it has this image, so I’m guessing the art might be from this artist.

I tried doing a reverse image search with TinEye and Google but was coming up empty. Now that I see the original image, I see why it didn’t match 100%. Missing some background elements.
