I understand that people in Korea look at me funny when at 38°C in the summer I order a hot cafe latte.
But I also look at them funny no when at -15°C they order a Ice Latte to go.

I don’t know why but I could never get used to hot coffee. I’ve tried it multiple times over the last few years and it’s always a one off thing. I live in a desert so it makes sense to me, but everyone around me drinks hot tea and stuff. I guess I’m the weird one.
There’s a saying in Korea I relate to, that goes like: Even if I freeze to death, always Iced Americano.
The only thing I don’t like about iced coffee is if I’m not careful, I inhale that stuff in a few seconds and all that’s left is an empty mug and a heart full of regret.
