In capitalism, there is no doubt this will be used to compel labor. Imagine if your boss or some authority could inflict severe pain that causes no physical damage until you comply? Hello neo-slavery!

Sounds dystopian, this sounds like an episode straight out of Black mirror why the hell would anybody want to support this?(or is there nobody aside from elon supporting it?)

This sounds like something that everyone else is going to not comment on until they see how it turns out. Not to mention that it is way too early to even test on humans cause the monkey trails ended badly. Though I’m sure the Musk fanboys will line up as fast as possible.

In socialism, there is no doubt this will be used to compel labor. Imagine if your commissar or some authority could inflict severe pain that causes no physical damage until you comply? Hello neo-slavery!

In an authoritarian socialist society maybe, like a USSR of 2025. Socialism doesn’t imply authoritarianism, e.g. libertarian socialism, anarcho-communism
