I‘m assuming I’m not the only one who’s missing this feature? There should be a “no look” version for fast scrubbing in the player, it’s really annoying they removed this.

Did they?! Oh man, I use it all the time. Could you share a screenshot or something?
Can’t really show it on a screenshot. Swiping in a video just works as a gesture to close it.
That’s pretty annoying. I liked having the scrubbing work anywhere without having the overlay open -_-

I‘ve sent feedback and I’m dying to get this back. But the chances are slim, I’m sure of that. I’m guessing people were confused by it while trying to swipe back or something like that. Really sucks.
I don’t remember exactly what, but there was some feature that was removed in one of the betas (14, 15?). It was completely lost even till release, but apple brought it back in the x.1 update. Wish I could remember what it was.
