minus-squareHot SaucermanlinkfedilinkEnglish10•edit-21 year agoFor sure, it’s just that restaurants more often than not take shortcuts that aren’t healthy to achieve the tasty. I fully agree that you can make healthier and still very tasty food at home, they’re not mutually exclusive.
And healthier, since restaurants tend to go all out on sugar, fat, and salt to make their meals tasty.

Food isn’t medicine, it’s allowed to be healthy and tasty
