Hell, in my neck of the woods it could go onto the MLS system at 0900hrs for $2,000,000 CAD and get multiple offers before noon, sight or inspection unseen. I’m sure some people would even make offers without any subject to financing. As in, raw-dogging it in their desperation to get into any home.
