If you don’t enforce the law, people don’t obey the law. Imagine that. Also being in a constant state of drought doesn’t help.

    Of all water usage, residential is ~2/3rds and commercial is 1/3rd. It’s probably the same in Austin. Go research it.

    Everyone needs to conserve water.
