    How many times do emulators have to win this before these cases start getting thrown out? This is honestly ridiculous.

      It’s to make them dissapear by attrition. They’ll win, but at the cost of spending all their money on the legal defense.

        I have legal expenses insurance, which covers all costs in the event of legal proceedings. Most people have that here in Germany, isn’t it the same elsewhere?

          For businesses it may exist, but for individuals I have never heard of a such a thing in North America.

          The closest thing I am aware of is having an attorney on retainer, but this is so costly no one does it unless they are a millionaire in the least.
