I stole the recipe from some Cuban restraints in San Francisco. Mocha pot of coffee. One cinnamon stick in the cup. A spoon of sweetened condensed milk. Scalded milk. Stir together. No I don’t have any specifics, but if balanced well it’s beautiful and perfect.
