Transitioning is actually completely transformative. Once the transition is complete, there is very little remaining difference. And physical sports don’t let them compete until that point. It would probably be less important to not let them compete in e-sports during the transition since the starting difference is so minor, and I don’t think there are many e-sports that separate the sexes anyway.
