That is one of the worst spots to hit on your leg. They specifically target it in Muay Thai because it hurts like hell.

That was a valid question 5 years ago. These days it’s mandatory to film anything and everything.
Not so. I certainly wouldn’t film breaking a simple stick, and I don’t know anyone who would.
