      Area is irrelevant though since the original comment was about distance. Kinda sad to insist on the correct unit if you’re the only one using the wrong one.

      Not sure where you’re getting 10.53, wiki says 10.18m Sq km (and includes Iceland? Politically European, but I think it’s between continental plates).

      Anyway, yeah, I guess Europe is slightly larger in area. I don’t know why we’re comparing a continent to a country though. It’s not like anyone is traveling to the border of Siberia from the EU. People travel between the EU like they do between states in the US, but outside of that requires additional steps. Idk, I didn’t start the conversation.
