The Federal Trade Commission narrowly voted Tuesday to ban nearly all noncompetes, employment agreements that typically prevent workers from joining competing businesses or launching ones of their own.
Hence the chamber of commerce threatening legal action.
If businesses can’t abuse the workers, how can they continue to set new profit records every month? Won’t someone think of the poor CEOs?
