It kinda loses it’s charm when I headshot a bug 10 yards away and it suddenly sprints full speed to my exact location.
I read that they are blinded once their heads are off so they will run to where they last saw you, but they won’t track any movement afterwards. I haven’t tested it out though.
It was a shock the first time I got killed by a bug without a head. I thought I had killed it…
Yeah it’s one of my favorite “spoilers”. When I’ve introduced new people to the game, I make it a point not to mention it to them just so they can experience a headless bug ripping them apart in complete disbelief.
