I use additional trackball as build one is not working correctly yet and I have no time to fix it(.

      My left thumb keys are

      [Super], [Space]
         [layer 2], [Alt]
          [end], [home]

      and right are

               [backspace], [enter]
[Alt], [Ctrl]
[pgup], [pgdn]

      Not sure what you mean by home row mods tho
