I really don’t feel that bad about the crew/tourists. They trained for months and paid lots of money. Consent doesn’t get more informed than that.
Really don’t need a conspiracy for this: Only rich people can afford it. Shit like this is dangerous.
Rich people can afford to get themselves killed in all kinds of outlandish ways. The rest of us have to have car accidents or something.
And cars have a long history of lessons learnt, QA, etc.
Well, wasn’t it like 250k per ticket? Only researchers or people who have nothing left to spend their money on would be taking that trip.
