    Writing prompt: Wishing on a shooting star is real, but every wish you make causes the “shooting star” to leave a crater somewhere on Earth. The bigger the wish, the bigger the crater.

        That’s just asking for a large near-c rock. Can’t leave a crater if there’s nothing remaining at all.

          At that size is it really a shooting star? I suppose technically it is (a meteor) but it would take up half the sky for the split second you could see it before dying in hell fire.
