I’ve been using a wonderful internet archival service, never fails, always has all the romsets.
Which one, and which sets?
I used internet archive and nearly poisoned my batocsra drive with bootlegs
Check the comments, the nointro sets were fine when I used them. I don’t download the complete sets because it’s full of stuff I’d never touch
I typically grab the 1g1r (1 game 1 rom) sets. There’s a really good collection there.

I know. I used Vimm too, and still do for very certain stuff. Being in emulation scene since over
1520 years and only discovered Vimm last year, lol. This wouldn’t be the first major site we lose. Whatever happens, there will always be such sites. So don’t worry, Nintendo can’t fight entire world, nor want they.I know, I’m just pisses cos vimm had the best ui.
Sure, they only had up to 5th-6th gen devices but their ui was fucking excellent

i am able to view and download without issues. I am located in the US if that matters.
