This is one of the best areas I see for AI, as a helper when I’m feeling a little low on executive function. Lots of drudgery can be zapped away.

How does 3.5 compare? From the times i’ve remembered to use it, it’s a huge help. My problem is I just often don’t get started unless there’s imminent consequences.

3.5 is also really good, but I’ve been using GPT-4 for almost everything since it became available. 3.5 hallucinates more often but I used it a lot before April, and I was really satisfied with it.

So true about the hallucinations. I’ll use bing chat if i’m looking for accuracy and I use chatgpt for most things that i’m brainstorming, can’t get started, or if I want to save time.

I have been using chstgpt4 for a project i am working on as well as helping me get myself organized. I also am running a private bot on my computer and am using that as a sort of interactive Journaling tool and a way to release all the chaotic thoughts in my mind. I see great potential for AI to help me and have pretty much I corporated its use into my daily routines. Besides, this technology is fascinating and I may have fallen down the rabbit hole.

It has also been very useful to me. I use it for learning, programming and organizing my thoughts and to-dos. I also ask it for advice if I’m stuck and I have no motivation for something.

And I can definitely relate to falling down the rabbit hole… I even started a Lemmy community about AI…

Great idea. Although I can definitely see myself screenshotting the responses and never reading them again until I go back later while I’m cleaning out my phone.

  • That specific startup idea sound cringe though Idk it 's more about time investment that my projects don’t get finished right?

If i would put in more hours they would be done products. Idk i’m a programmerand not an ideas guy so the work i’d need to do is quantifiable

    Buttt executive function is hard
