    In OSS, we don’t have obligations to make software available to everyone. I could make a project with only documentation written in French and not include any people that don’t speak French. And that’s fine.

    But when someone comes and says “hey I’ve translated the docs to english”, you don’t fire a “stop pushing your political anglicisation” in their face. It shows that you hold a grudge against anglicisation or people speaking english in general.

    A more appropriate response would be “Thanks, but no, it was not a mistake, I prefer it the way it was”.
