Corporate tax: what companies avoid by being based in neighborhoods that don’t have this tax.

The last time I saw this posted, people pointed out a bunch of stuff it gets wrong. I’m not the expert so I can’t say which ones exactly, but I’m sure someone will chime in eventually.
