This is more probable than you think. It’s just that no sane landlord would touch tenant disgusting trash.

But the point is no one here wants to rent apartment to a lone mother with a baby. It’s too risky. They could go out of cash and now you have all these moral dilemmas and stuff and some special laws. It’s easier to simply not rent to lone mothers or potential lone mothers. Less problems.
