    And that would mean most sites would ban Wisconsin addresses. Hopefully Evers vetoes that because we all know what party pushed this unrealistic idea

      Control the ISP, control the internet.

      You would be surprised how wildly different the internet you interact with is from the internet in another country, or even another state.

      VPN can help some, but its not a silver bullet.
