On reddit, one can simply type u/me or r/reddit - I can see mentions of /u/user or /c/community in descriptions but doesn’t seem to mention a sublemmy like a subreddit.
Also, can’t seem to share a Lemmy Profile with their URL like for mine as example.
User mentioning syntax:
@<username>@<domain.tld>
Example: @[email protected] (you should get a inbox notification)
Community mentioning syntax:
!<community>@<domain.tld>
Example: [email protected]
Bonus:
Image embedding syntax:
![ [name] ](<url>)
…
I’d also advise you to read this community’s rules, I locked your post because of rule 5.
for users use @ and start typing the name, for communities use ! and start typing the name.
Also wrong community for lemmy support questions.
On lemmy you can tag someone like this:
@[email protected] or /u/[email protected]
and a community like this:
[email protected] or /c/[email protected]The /u/[email protected] and /c/[email protected] usage doesn’t seem to be showing any difference from Arctic app.
You need to be a Lemmy Premium subscriber to tag someone.
