    Not great news. Proton is the only one that didn’t appear dodgy on the surface.

      Mullvad has been my go-to for a long time. It can be fully anonymous, including accepting cash payments, they’re always on top and improving anonymity and are not controlled by any shady organisations as far as I can tell.
