Man who doesn’t like forced press conferences runs for Mayor.
My impression of his press conferences as a football player was that he knew the questions were going to be stupid and pointless so just refused to participate.
Hopefully, as mayor the questions would be better and he would see the value of press conferences.
Now, if they ask him stupid questions like “how do feel about your performance at the ribbon cutting ceremony?” or “What could have done better during the latest power outage?”, “You recently lost a veteran waste disposal chief, how will the city survive this?” Then, I hope he gives them the finger.
At least run for city council, or even school board first…
His press conference was surprisingly open and honest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uWmtdv23ACk
