I don’t think “vegan news” is a valuable service and leads to low effort content.
This is supposed to be a social media site for friends, not whatever this is. @[email protected] made by far the best post here and I really appreciate that. The rest of the content is boring and banal in my opinion.
Is there anything we can do to change this community? I’d like this to be more about us and our veganism than about vegan news or memes. Please let me know what you think
Yeah, not even like vegan alternatives specifically but more casual chat topic focused by post.
I like seeing people’s hobbies, thoughts, ideas and so on but it’s absolutely miserable always being on guard for the “oh cool, but wait! murder” whiplash when people just insert animal products or the discussion thereof into stuff.
Makes sense! There are a few general communities. I’ve got a terrible work/life balance so I haven’t been able to contribute as much as I would like.
