See, it makes no sense. There has to be some rational basis to it. You can’t just say you care about something, then support a result that goes againstnwhat you supposedly care for, and still come out righteous in the end. That’s just not how it works.
(I mean, I’m sure there were some jews who voted for Hitler in 1933, if that makes anyone feel better. We all make mistakes.)
