With respect, I’m not going to argue with someone who doesn’t want that life, but the numbers are leagues higher to live depending on purchasing everything, especially superficial purchases, and most people can’t even afford a home within that system anymore, so they are forced to find other means of survival at this point.

5-10 acres for 10k, tiny home budget 20k, about 5 grand to rent clearing equipment. But hey, I’m sure you’ve done extensive research and know 50k is more than comfortable already.
You can do this flat broke and pop a tent wherever you want on crown land for free. Some people are just trying to survive while others can afford extra comforts.
