The rice is presented nicely, the cheese is centered, and the plating is as well.
It isn’t exactly going to make any headlines, but it gets a c for effort alone

American Risotto
This is a regular lunch for me. Leftover rice and grated cheddar microwaved, then slathered with Cholula sauce. I agree it belongs here!
Grated cheddar is infinitely better than an American single. Cholula doesn’t hurt.
