I’ve been married over a decade, and my wife is still that way. Super embarrassed by things she’s not used to. We have come a long way from dating. I always encourage to be vocal, and I try my hardest to say at least a few really dirty things because even though she won’t say it outright I can absolutely tell she is super into it and loves it. Whenever she does say something I ask her to say it again, and it also helps her get more into it. Either way I love it more because I know it’s hard for her to do, so getting her to do it means it’s really good!
