No one would design a system like the one we have. And no one did.

NYT warning but here we got the main CEO providing his side.

How did we get here people? Is this even a medical professional?

Kevin oleery went on TV to tell him to fix it. So yeah exactly. Sorry we went to hard, thank you for dying to us to notice.

Owners don’t like this either… So united needs to suck it and pretend to care.

They won’t fix anything. This is appeasement mode until it blows over.

      Is this gonna blow over?

“no one would have designed a system we have, and no one did. It’s a patchwork built over decades” - says dude whose company massively lobbied every year for decades against any sane solutions that would have challenged their profit machine.

Fuck their revision printed by other big corporates.

Are we supposed to forget how much these corporations donate to political campaigns? Am I supposed to believe UnitedGroup was donating to Bernie Sanders?

The only fixes that can be made to the health insurance industry would directly cut into their profits. Better yet: eliminate the privatization entirely. There’s no compromising with the insurance companies. This all must be done at strictly their loss.

Of course people designed the system intentionally to work exactly how it works. Just because it’s half a century old doesn’t mean the current state is an accident.
