The Dragon Prince is amazing. If you liked Avatar the Last Airbender, you’ll almost certainly like The Dragon Prince. It’s written largely by the same crew as AtLA, set in a new twist on the typical fantasy world, rendered in cel-shaded 3D.
The art style in the first season is a little rough around the edges, but there’s still a LOT of really really good animation in it. The story and characters are really fun and appropriately dark at times.
This show does not get nearly the amount of love it deserves, which is a shame.
