I’d end up spending more time in the captcha than doing the thing I needed the captcha for!
I prefer Wolf3d or Doom 2 tho. Also, do the cheat codes work?
The cheat codes do seem to work. iddqd idkfa made this a lot easier. (Also those cheats are burned into my brain forever, I guess)
edit: You can even idclev to go to different levels
So you could beat Knee Deep In The Dead this way… but only by going pacifist.
On Nightmare.
It wasn’t accepting any input for “use” for me, sadly. Couldn’t open doors or exit the level.
So conversely, you could not beat the captcha on E1M3, E1M4, or E1M7.
Would it randomly select a level? Hope it doesn’t land on e2m8
For three enemies? It’s easy, shoot some lost souls!
To beat the level on pistol start and nightmare? … yeah good luck.
