also what’s the best alternative for Mastodon? a lot of people there already tried Mastodon and didn’t like it due to UX/UI issues

Misskey’s probably the most polished feeling, though under the hood it’s apparently a total mess.
Honestly I think the answer is BlueSky. For all the problems that people have with it, it’s going to be much more successful in getting people off the Nazi platforms. What’s more X->BlueSky->Mastodon seems easier than X->Mastodon for most people.
